Trauma-Informed Therapy Rooted in Safety and Connection

Starting therapy is a big step, and finding the right fit matters — both in approach and in how it feels to sit with someone week after week. I believe meaningful change happens within a strong, trusting relationship. I offer a warm , collaborative space where you can feel understood, supported, and fully human as we work together toward insight, self-acceptance, and sustainable growth.

My work is trauma-informed, flexible, and deeply relational. Clients often share that therapy with me feels more conversational and connected than what they’ve experienced before — with room for humor, curiosity, and realness alongside depth and care. At the same time, my approach is firmly rooted in evidence-based practices, including ACT, DBT, CBT, and EMDR, thoughtfully integrated to meet your specific needs and goals.

Therapy doesn’t have to feel stiff or overly clinical to be effective. We can take your work seriously without taking ourselves too seriously, creating a space where insight, emotional safety, and lasting change can unfold at a pace that feels right for you.

Individual Therapy

I offer individual therapy in a supportive, collaborative space where you can explore challenges, build self-acceptance, and grow. Grounded in trauma-informed and evidence-based approaches, my work is deeply relational, compassionate, and sprinkled with humor — helping therapy feel both safe and genuinely human.

Supporting the Ones Who Hold It All Together

I also work with caregivers, partners, and those who tend to hold emotional responsibility in their relationships — including fellow therapists. For those feeling stretched, depleted, or overwhelmed, I draw on years of experience treating mood and personality disorders to support boundary work, caregiver fatigue, and reconnection with your own needs.

Therapy and Support for Chronic and Invisible Illness

I work with clients navigating the emotional impact of chronic and invisible illness, offering support for living in a body that doesn’t always cooperate. Grounded in trauma-informed care and my own experience with dysautonomia, therapy focuses on cultivating self-compassion, setting realistic goals that honor your energy, and gently challenging ableist expectations — so you can reconnect with your well-being and sense of agency.

Supervision

I provide clinical supervision for therapists pursuing licensure, focusing on growth, reflection, and professional development. My approach creates a safe, supportive space where supervisees can explore their clinical work, build confidence, and deepen their skills — all within a relational, thoughtful framework that balances guidance with autonomy.
