Location: All therapy services are provided remotely via phone or video for clients in California and Oregon. Occasionally, my bold fur babies may pop in during sessions—but HIPAA still applies!
Walking sessions are available in San Francisco for those who prefer an in-person experience.
Fees: My standard 45-minute sessions are $265, with 30- or 60-minute options available.
Payment is processed on the day of the session via secure credit card While I do not accept or coordinate with insurance, I do provide super-bills for potential reimbursement.
I also provide good faith estimates at the beginning of your treatment to help you plan ahead!

I provide trauma-informed clinical supervision for associate therapists pursuing licensure, with a focus on professional growth, reflection, and skill development — not perfection, not mind-reading, and not pretending imposter syndrome disappears once you start seeing clients.
Sessions offer a safe, supportive space to talk through your clinical work, unpack countertransference, and build confidence in the therapeutic relationship — including the sessions that linger in your head, the ones you replay on the drive home, and the moments that start with, “Was that just me?”
My approach is curious, collaborative, and grounded in real-world practice. We’ll prioritize open dialogue, creative problem-solving, and attention to self-care and sustainability — because being a good therapist requires more than strong interventions; it requires a nervous system that isn’t constantly running on caffeine and goodwill.
Location & Rates
Supervision is offered virtually, with the option for in-person sessions in San Francisco. My fee is $175 per clinical hour, with weekly note review available for $50. I’m happy to coordinate with outside agencies for an oversight agreement — paperwork included, unnecessary stress not required.
My Special Interests
I work with adults navigating a range of experiences, including mood or emotional regulation challenges, the long-term effects of trauma, complex or intense relationships, and the pressures of caregiving or people-pleasing. I find it especially rewarding to work with people who often find themselves “over-functioning” — whether that’s caring for everyone else, juggling messy relationships, or managing the long-term effects of trauma or chronic illness. If you’re used to carrying it all on your own, this is a space to be seen, supported, and a little lighter for a while.
-
If you’re often the caregiver, emotional anchor, or “strong one”, this space is for you. You may support someone with bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, or significant emotional intensity, or have always been the stabilizer or mediator.
Why Support Matters:
Constantly holding space and regulating others can lead to exhaustion, resentment, or numbness
These patterns come from empathy, loyalty, and care—not weakness
Therapy helps you stay grounded while caring deeply
Skills We Explore Together:
Listening to your internal signals
Tolerating discomfort without over-functioning
Clarifying when to lean in and when to step back
Staying connected to yourself in intense relationships
Therapy here is about restoring balance—allowing you to keep your empathy without losing your center, refill what’s been depleted, and reconnect with yourself beyond holding everything together.
-
Many people face the long-term impact of trauma and chronic illness, including conditions that affect energy, autonomic functioning, and overall capacity, such as dysautonomia, post-viral conditions like Long COVID, and other invisible illnesses.
The Emotional Impact:
Feeling disempowered by your body
Wanting to do more than your symptoms allow
Navigating limitations that may be misunderstood or minimized
Goals in Therapy:
Cultivate self-compassion
Rebuild trust with your body
Set goals that honor your energy, capacity, and natural rhythms
Challenge assumptions that prioritize productivity or “pushing through”
This creates a space where your experience does not need to be justified, your worth is not tied to what your body can do, and you can work toward a life that feels sustainable, compassionate, and grounded in your reality.
Whether you’re managing ongoing symptoms, navigating fluctuating energy, or living with an unpredictable or invisible condition, therapy supports your mental health, well-being, and sense of agency.
